Introducing our new Clinical Assistant Phoebe!
We are excited to introduce our new Clinical Assistant Phoebe! Phoebe brings her love for health and fitness and her passion for helping people to the Greenstone Acupuncture team!
We recently sat down with Phoebe to discuss all things career, health and hobbies.
Tell us a little bit about yourself and about your aspirations
I have always loved health and wellness. I have made an agreement with myself that having good health and being in a safe space mentally, is a non-negotiable part of my life.
I am passionate about looking after myself and helping others do the same. Hence why I decided that I wanted to become a Chinese Medicine practitioner. I am currently in my 2nd year of my Bachelor of Acupuncture degree and cannot wait to get into the field.
What attracted you to working at Greenstone Acupuncture?
I love working alongside passionate practitioners who have such extensive knowledge in all aspects of health and who encourage continuous learning about Chinese Medicine. Being in a welcoming environment at Greenstone has demonstrated how I can become a better practitioner in the future.
What is your favourite thing about your role at Greenstone Acupuncture?
I have to say the customers are fabulous! I love greeting all of our wonderful returning and new clients. However, above all, working alongside our bubbly practitioners makes the day most enjoyable.
When you're not busy studying or working, what do you enjoy doing?
Outside of work I enjoy all fitness related activities such as long walks, weight training, and group fitness classes. I also enjoy cooking and whenever I have a time off, you will find me at the beach!
Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?
I would love to have my own acupuncture clinic on the Gold Coast. I think I would like to have my clinic women’s health focussed.
At Greenstone Acupuncture, we are passionate about building a team of dedicated, people focused individuals. Interested in joining our Brisbane based team? Get in touch with us today.
