If you need to reschedule your appointment please call the clinic 12 hours in advance.

We turn away other patients to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so that we're able to contact people on our waitlist. 

Patients who do not attend their appointment without notifying us, will be issued an automated invoice at the full fee of the treatment.
